Having been with the business for 34 years, she brings an incredible breadth of knowledge, deep understanding, and hands-on experience across all aspects of our business—including sales, purchasing, operations and logistics. Catherine has already proven herself to be a highly experienced, capable and committed member of the team, and this new position is a fantastic opportunity to utilise her experience even further. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things right first time, Catherine is ideally suited to lead our administrative functions with structure, clarity, and purpose.

In this new role, Catherine will take full ownership of the end-to-end administrative journey—from the initial customer enquiry right through to final invoicing. This seamless, start-to-finish oversight is essential to delivering a consistent, efficient, and customer-centric experience. Crucially, Catherine’s team will also take the lead on the roll out of what will be our Best-in-Class Customer Service Charter—ensuring we exceed expectations at every touchpoint and maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect from Glenfield Invicta.
